1. What’s your photography style and approach?

I am an Illustrative Style Photographer, simply put, I love capturing real life. I want to photograph the real you and strive to capture spontaneous and candid moments, but I also love to take fun and stylishly posed photographs.


2. How do I book you?

Please submit a contact me request available here. I will be in touch with you shortly after and we will discuss the details of the session and I will email you a contract based on our discussions. Upon return of your contract, a 25% retainer is due to hold the date and the remaining balance will be due at least 1 week before the session.


3. Do you shoot digital, or film? Color or black and white?

I shoot digital and in full color.


4. Can you customize a wedding package if none of them work for us?

All of my wedding packages are fully customizable. Things can be removed or added, and the pricing will change accordingly.


5. Can we request a list of shots or visual images for you to take?

Yes, but due to many different factors, I cannot guarantee that all shots will be taken, nor can I guarantee how many photos will be taken at any session, but will definitely do my best to get them all.


6. Are you our actual photographer? Is an assistant/second shooter available? Will they cost extra?

I am your actual photographer, but for weddings, I may bring along an assistant/second shooter and that does not cost extra.


7. Do you have back up equipment in case something fails?

Yes, I carry 2 Canon bodies, 2 external flash units, several lenses and many extra memory cards and batteries.


8. What sets you apart and makes you different from other photographers?

I have an eye for detail and consistently look for those candid and spontaneous moments. I am fun and outgoing and I love working with people.


9. How long do you archive my images and how many locations are they archived in?

I archive all sessions for a lifetime and in 3 different locations.


10. What exactly is included in your prices?

My pricing includes the session, a disc of all edited, high-resolution photos, effects as I see fit, 1-2 photographers

and a print release stated in our contract.

(Shipping, Lodging and Travel fees are extra if applicable, based on location.)


11. How long does it take to get my disc(s)?

It depends on the type of session, but you will receive your disc of all your photographs within

1-3 weeks from the session date.


12. Can I print my photographs somewhere else?

Yes, you can print your photographs anywhere you'd like and for added convenience, you can visit my Gallery after your session to purchase prints and photo gifts if you choose to do so.


13. What special effects can I get?

All of your images will be in color so there are a wide variety of options available. Any of your images can be converted into Black & White, Sepia, or I can do specific objects in color with the rest of the image in B&W; for example, the bride's bouquet in color and the rest of the image in black & white. I can also do soft focus areas, vignetting and pencil sketch designs.


14. Can I make personal copies of my disc(s)?

Absolutely, and you should make copies for your personal use and store them in a safe place. These are your digital negatives so you'll want them backed up. You may purchase additional copies of your disc from me as well for just $25.


15. What is your refund policy?

If the Client cancels or changes the engagement, any balance paid (minus the retainer) will be refunded within 60 days. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, all balance paid shall be refunded to the Client within 60 days. Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made in a timely manner.  Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; All Occasion Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY for any reason, but will do anything we can to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
