Planning Your Portrait Session
Please contact me to discuss your session and any ideas you have for your photographs! We can talk about locations you love or places that hold special meaning to you. I also have a list of beautiful outdoor locations throughout Syracuse if you'd like help choosing a spot.
When selecting a location, we'll consider the setting, lighting, and the types of photographs you'd like. Locations with relatively firm, even surfaces can make getting around easier, while loose rocks and rough, uneven terrain may be more challenging. If you're unsure whether a location will work well, I'm always happy to help you explore the options.
I'll also provide my portrait brochure, which includes helpful information about budgeting for your session and clothing suggestions to help you coordinate your outfits and feel confident in front of the camera.
Booking Your Session
An agreement and 50% retainer are all that's needed to reserve your session. Once you're booked, I'll send a confirmation email with your session's date, time, and location, along with any additional information you need to prepare.
During your session, I'll offer guidance while allowing room for natural expressions, genuine connections, and spontaneous moments. My goal is to make planning your portrait session simple and enjoyable, so you can feel prepared and look forward to creating photographs you'll treasure for years to come.

If you're interested in event or real estate photography, please contact me to discuss your needs and the details of your project. We'll go over your vision, location, and any specific photographs you're looking for so I can plan accordingly.
For event photography, we'll review the venue layout and schedule ahead of time to identify important moments and ensure I can photograph the event effectively. Planning ahead helps me make the most of the setting while capturing the atmosphere, details, and meaningful moments that tell the story of your event.
For real estate photography, we'll discuss the property, access, and any specific features you'd like highlighted. This helps me plan the session and create photographs that showcase the space at its best.
